- Some bookings may be non-refundable or have specific cancellation fees, as stated during the booking process.
Cancellation Requests
- To request a refund, please contact our customer service team or cancel through your booking agent, if applicable.
- Refunds will only be processed after we receive confirmation from the service provider.
Processing Time
Refunds, if approved, may take up to 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Partial Refunds
